As a professional WordPress development service provider, we do not offer refunds for our services. All payments made for our WordPress development, maintenance, and optimization services are non-refundable.

This no-refund policy applies to all service plans, including one-time projects, retainer agreements, and subscription-based services.

2. Rationale for No Refunds

Our no-refund policy exists for the following reasons:

  • WordPress development services require significant time, expertise, and resources
  • Each project involves custom work specifically tailored to your requirements
  • Development work begins immediately upon receipt of payment
  • Our time and resources once committed cannot be recovered

3. Project Cancellation

If you need to cancel a project after work has begun:

  • You must notify us in writing of your intention to cancel
  • You will be billed for all work completed up to the cancellation date
  • Any prepayments or deposits will be applied toward work already completed
  • The balance of payments due will be calculated based on the percentage of work completed

Please note that cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid.

4. Subscription Cancellation

For subscription-based services (such as monthly maintenance plans):

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing at least 7 days before the next billing cycle
  • No refunds will be provided for the current billing period
  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current paid period
  • Any work requests submitted before cancellation will be completed as per agreement

5. Project Revisions and Satisfaction

While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to your satisfaction:

  • All projects include a specific number of revision rounds as outlined in your project agreement
  • We will work with you to ensure the final deliverables meet the agreed specifications
  • If issues arise that do not match the agreed scope, we will provide solutions at our standard rates

  • Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity and client feedback turnaround
  • Delays caused by clients (such as delayed content delivery or feedback) may extend the project timeline
  • Significant changes to project scope may require timeline adjustments

In the event of a dispute regarding our services:

  • We will make reasonable efforts to resolve any issues within the scope of the original agreement
  • Disputes will be handled on a case-by-case basis
  • We may, at our sole discretion, offer additional services or support to address concerns
