As a professional WordPress development service provider, we do not offer refunds for our services. All payments made for our WordPress development, maintenance, and optimization services are non-refundable.
This no-refund policy applies to all service plans, including one-time projects, retainer agreements, and subscription-based services.
2. Rationale for No Refunds
Our no-refund policy exists for the following reasons:
- WordPress development services require significant time, expertise, and resources
- Each project involves custom work specifically tailored to your requirements
- Development work begins immediately upon receipt of payment
- Our time and resources once committed cannot be recovered
3. Project Cancellation
If you need to cancel a project after work has begun:
- You must notify us in writing of your intention to cancel
- You will be billed for all work completed up to the cancellation date
- Any prepayments or deposits will be applied toward work already completed
- The balance of payments due will be calculated based on the percentage of work completed
Please note that cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid.
4. Subscription Cancellation
For subscription-based services (such as monthly maintenance plans):
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing at least 7 days before the next billing cycle
- No refunds will be provided for the current billing period
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current paid period
- Any work requests submitted before cancellation will be completed as per agreement

While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to your satisfaction:
- All projects include a specific number of revision rounds as outlined in your project agreement
- We will work with you to ensure the final deliverables meet the agreed specifications
- If issues arise that do not match the agreed scope, we will provide solutions at our standard rates
